1. Getting Started / Evaluations

  • Yes. All training programs begin with an evaluation. This allows us to understand your dog, your goals, and recommend the most effective path forward.

  • Evaluations involve observing your dog, discussing behavior history, and identifying what’s actually driving the challenges you’re seeing. From there, we outline realistic expectations and training options.

  • Yes. The $50 evaluation fee is credited toward training services if a program is purchased.

2. Training Expectations

  • Training timelines vary based on the dog, the behavior, and the level of consistency involved. Some dogs progress quickly, while others require longer-term structure and repetition. This is discussed during the evaluation.

  • Training is designed to hold up in real-life environments, not just during controlled sessions. That said, consistency and owner follow-through play a major role in long-term success.

  • Owners are part of the process. Whether training happens through private coaching, day training, or board & train programs, long-term results depend on clear communication and consistency outside of sessions.

3. Logistics

  • Sessions are held at our home training space or at established locations we regularly use. Requests for alternate locations may incur additional travel fees based on distance and traffic conditions.

  • Pick-up and drop-off is offered as a limited availability add-on service. Pricing varies based on location and scheduling and will be discussed prior to booking.

  • Yes. We work with dogs experiencing reactivity, fear, anxiety, and other behavior challenges. An evaluation is required to determine the most appropriate and safe training plan.

4. Fit / Boundaries

  • No. Training is not a one-size-fits-all process, and results depend on many factors including consistency, environment, and owner involvement. Our focus is on realistic expectations and long-term success.
